All content, including documentation, templates, decks and enablement kits, is the property of Akaay. Partners may use these materials to promote Akaay solutions but may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without prior approval. Co-branding opportunities must follow Akaay’s brand guidelines.
Information shared within the portal is confidential and intended for partner use only. Partners must not disclose or misuse confidential information, including customer data, product roadmaps or financial incentives.
Access to financial rewards, enablement resources and tiered benefits is subject to performance and compliance with program requirements. Akaay reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards at its discretion.
Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Akaay policies. Misuse of the portal or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
Akaay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal. Partners are responsible for ensuring proper use of resources and safeguarding their accounts.
Akaay may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
